They are collaborative, helpful, knowledgeable and helped me bring my dream apartment to life. The designer I worked with took my feedback and worked with me to get the design to be exactly what I pictured in my head. It was a long process but entirely worth it bc the end result was better than I could have hoped for. The team was responsive and attentive.

Working with people from UPSCALE was so outgoing and fun. The thing that attracted me most at the first place was their online-first approach. Despite online communication, the approach is extremely personal. They completely understand the needs and ideas when it comes to interior design. Often one could not decide about details for room or entire apartment decoration.

I found Carina to be wonderful to work with. Firstly, she really knows her stuff and her advice is very sound. She works with high-end products and material, which produce a lush interior. She also listens when you have an idea and she respected my taste completely. When we went wrong on two occasions, she just took the items away which I found very customer-centric.

I cannot say enough good things about Liina and my process with Upscale! Everything went very smoothly and it was such a fun and lovely experience designing the new 2 spaces. Liina was fantastic - always very quick to reply and considering my needs at every point of the process. I’m very happy with the selections and can’t wait to see how everything will turn out.
