Contemporary Modern Apartment II.

For this project the requirement was to create visualizations for 90 apartments to be ready in 2023 in the tallest tower of Bern. Re-Invest Capital ventured intro transforming the former Swisscom Headquarters tower from office spaces to residential and hotel use. Upscale proposed a set of visualizations for both the common areas and the apartments of the freshly renovated tower. The design for each apartment varied however the visualizations were done with a contemporary modern feel to match the exterior of the building.
