Contemporary encompasses everything current and modern and is constantly evolving. Defining contemporary is difficult because it is a style that is in constant change.

The mid-century modern style was born during the post-war America and was looking to break traditional design conventions.

This mid-century modern style is best described as fresh, clean, clear lines, pops of color such as blue and green, wood finishes and rusty metals.

The industrial look emphasizes the liberal use of exposed steel with distressed wooden features, often complimented by exposed brick walls.

The modern interpretation often includes copper-tone accents. Industrial design exerts a rustic and mature ambiance.
